è una giovane casa di produzione cinematografica che nasce dall’incontro tra il regista Berardo Carboni e Valerio Palusci, professionista della produzione cinematografica. Giuridicamente è una società a responsabilità limitata, un organismo funzionale a produrre film e più in generale progetti artistici. Noi però non consideriamo ciò che produciamo un prodotto. Le nostre scelte prescindono dalle valutazioni di mercato. Ovviamente auspichiamo grandi incassi per le nostre opere, ma non è questo il criterio con cui le scegliamo, a noi interessa generare consapevolezza, suscitare emozioni, indurre il nostro pubblico a sognare e ad agire per costruire un mondo migliore. Per questo quando un nostro progetto produce utili maggiori del costo complessivo i guadagni che doppiano le spese vengono completamente reinvestiti per sviluppare e realizzare nuove idee. Crediamo nel lavoro e nell’importanza del denaro, pagheremo sempre tutti, non pagheremo mai nessuno troppo. Crediamo anche nel talento, che ogni ruolo è differente e che ogni persona è diversa. A chi vale di più, perché è più bravo, svolge attività più complesse o semplicemente ha avuto maggior fortuna chiediamo di rischiare con noi, rendere possibili progetti altrimenti irrealizzabili, essere pagato per il suo lavoro e mettere in gioco il suo valore. Siamo convinti che oggi non ci si possa limitare a descrivere la realtà, a raccontarla, ma che si debba operare, ciascuno con i propri strumenti, per contribuire a reiventare il reale. Tutte le nostre energie sono dedicate a generare questo slancio e pretendiamo che chi lavora con noi, diventa parte di noi, condivida questa impostazione, senza queste premesse ogni giro sarebbe a vuoto.

is a young film production company which was born from the encounter between the director Berardo Carboni and Valerio Palusci, film producer. It is a limited liability company that produces films and artistic projects. But our difference lies in the fact that we don’t consider what we produce a product. Our choices do not depend on market values. Obviously, we aim for financial success, but this is not the basis on which we choose our projects. We are interested in generating consciousness, evoking emotions, inducing our audience to dream and to act in order to build a better world. So when our project produces profits, some of these profits are reinvested to develop and implement new ideas. We believe in the value of work and in paid employment. Everyone will always be paid. No one will be paid too much. We also believe in talent. We believe every role is different and each person is different. If you are worth more because of your cleverness, your ability to perform more complex tasks or just because you are lucky, we ask you to take a risk with us, on projects that otherwise would not be possible. We believe that today it’s not enough to describe reality and recount it. We believe that everybody should work, each one according to his own abilities, to help reinvent reality. All our energy is devoted to create this momentum and we expect that all those who work with us, who decide to become part of us, will agree to this approach because without these premises every spin would be vacuum.
